30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Please note that Mosader acts as an intermediary platform, connecting buyers with sellers. As such, we facilitate communication and transactions between parties, but we do not own or warehouse the products listed on our platform.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, downloadable software, and select health/personal care items, are non-returnable. Additionally, please note that Mosader does not handle returns directly; returns are coordinated between the buyer and the seller.
Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, buyers must provide proof of purchase.
Refund Process: Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, they will notify Mosader of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the seller will process the refund, and it will be applied to the buyer’s original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still pending, contact your credit card company and bank. For further assistance, please contact the seller directly.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the seller.
Exchanges: Mosader does not handle exchanges directly. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact the seller directly to inquire about their exchange policy.
Shipping Returns: Shipping costs for returns are determined by the seller’s return policy. Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item to the seller.
Trackable Shipping: For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mosader is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
